When I heard the name Kim Hour I thought about the Asian grocery store, but this is the new Cambodian restaurant (I'm told) that opened up on St Michel Boulevard.
We got there a bit early, and wanted a seat for four people in the back (there was only one right in front of the doors which we didn't want). The place was half empty so I thought they'd just give us a larger table...But they decided to make us wait a bit so they can clean up a smaller table for us. I thought that was a bit strange since they had so many tables open, but whatever.
By the time we left I knew why...There wasn't a single seat available which kind of tells you about the place. Food was quite good and it's somewhere I would head back to try again.

Quails
