Good Restaurant Tip

Here's a good tip to keep in mind when ordering at a restaurant and the waiter starts off by telling you the day's special (and know when to avoid it). Good thing I never (OK maybe once in my life) order the specials anyways (since it just never sounds good to me).

Specifically, some restaurants reconfigure the day's surplus food into the next day's specials, so knowing how to distinguish a good special from a bad one can make the difference between an appetizing meal and one less worthy of its "special" title.
