Well I finally got my Xbox 360 back. Here's the timeline for anyone interested.
Nov. 1 - Called Xbox support
Nov. 3 - Received email confirmation
Nov. 13 - Received shipping box
Nov. 14 - Sent Xbox 360
Nov. 15 - Received email reminder/warning from Microsoft (i.e. Your repair request might be canceled, if we do not receive your Xbox 360 soon!)
Nov. 25 - Received replacement Xbox 360
So not too bad, it just took a little long to receive my shipping box, but otherwise it all went pretty smooth.
