Ultramar Cheaper Gas?

Nothing new going on except to say that the Ultramar on Jean Talon (between Decarie and Cotes Des Neiges) always seems to have gas prices that are lower than the gas stations in its vicinity. Yesterday, everyone else just raised it to $1.39/L while Ultramar still had it at $1.27/L (which is why it's not unusual to see line up of cars there). I think they are just slower at updating their prices...But even when they do it's usually two cents per litre less expensive than other places.
