We've all heard of it by now, the Nintendo Wii is bringing video games to the masses. It's in the news for its innovative motion-sensing controller, and now for the reports of people breaking their televisons (among other things) with flying controllers.
I haven't tried it yet (I just know I'll be disappointed when I try it), but the Wii hype machine is in full effect, when at Galleries d'Anjou I saw four Wii setups for people to try out (part of their Wii Play Tour, ends Christmas Eve). People of all ages stopped to watch people try it out, and I don't think there was one controller that wasn't being used. I'm still surprise so many "non-gamers" are interested in this console...
