For the first time, I just saw the Xbox 360 for a few seconds today on a demo display at EB Games. But for whatever reason it wasn't even powered on, I can't say I showed much interest at that point. Bad marketing if you ask me, unless the goal is to NOT create any buzz...
This would explain why they suddenly have PS2 playable demo stands in the mall at the Eaton Centre the other day, even though the system is about 5 years old...I also noticed the PS2 demo stand was crowded with people at lunch time...
